The NexYZ Smartphone Adapter, from Celestron, fits many of the most popular smartphones, giving you the versatility to take great photos without the additional cost of a camera. Simply attach this adapter to any eyepiece from 30 mm to 60 mm, including 1.25" and 2" eyepieces, binoculars, spotting scopes, and monoculars. The NexYZ works with microscopes too! A microscope adapter ring is included to fit 25 mm microscope eyepieces.

The Celestron NexYZ adjusts to fit the all major smartphones on the market today, including the iPhone 8 Plus and Samsung Galaxy devices. The spring-loaded clamp and threaded twist-lock system make installation and removal a breeze. A secure platform keeps your phone in place, even with your phone case on. However, if you are using a large case or folio for your smartphone, we recommend removing it to ensure the best fit for the NexYZ.

The three-axis adjustment system makes the Celestron NexYZ stand out among its competitors. Once you place the cellphone on the platform, simple use the X and Y knobs to center the phone over the eyepiece for precise, quick adjustments. This ensures you will take photos with your smartphone using your eyepiece's entire field of view without shaking or blurriness. You can easily switch between portrait and landscape phone positioning by turning the padded eyepiece clamp and realigning the adapter to the eyepiece.
