The pandemic has caused massive shipping and delivery delays throughout the United States as we continue to battle the virus. As a result, TelescopesPlus is experiencing shipping delays for products headed to our warehouse, and those delays are affecting the availability of a variety of telescopes and accessories that we normally have in stock.
Additional delays are also occurring from the time your order is placed until it finally reaches your doorstep. The US Post Office has been severely affected by the coronavirus, as well as a lack of funding, and deliveries are being delayed by more than a week in some cases. The UPS has also suffered major slow-downs and is no longer guaranteeing their normal delivery window times.
Please know that we are doing everything we can to get your telescope equipment to you as quickly as possible, however we ask for your patience as we navigate issues beyond our control.
