This Explore Scientific CLS Filter is a light pollution reduction filter designed for general use. This filter will help you observe many deep-sky objects without pesky light pollution. This will increase contrast for optimal views of the night sky.
The Explore Scientific 1.25" CLS Filter has a transmission of 98.3% from 436nm to 536nm. Peak transmission is 488nm. This filter is mounted in a 1.25" metal cell and fits all standard 1.25" eyepieces and filter wheels.
