Explore Scientific's Replacement Cradle Ring Set has been expertly crafted and fits anyExplore Scientific 102 mm telescope tube. This is a great accessory to have if your original ring set is damaged or misplaced.
The hinged ring system separates easily by loosening the over-sized metal thumbscrews and locks securely back into place once the OTA has been nestled inside the rings. Each extruded aluminum ring set is topped with a slotted carry handle so that it is easy to move your telescope around when it is off the mount. Attach a camera, guidescope, or another accessory to the top of the handle with standard 1/4-20 bolts. Each cradle ring assembly comes with a dovetail plate for quick attachment to a variety of "Vixen-style" mounts, including the Twilight Mount from Explore Scientific.
