 Tele Vue 10mm 1.25" Delos Eyepiece

TeleVue Delos Eyepiece is a mid-to-short focal length line of 20mm eye-relief, 72° apparent field of view eyepieces. In achieving reference-standard performance during any visual application, the Delos has been rethought with every attention to optical, mechanical, and ergonomic aspects. The Delos design was carefully crafted using Ethos performance standards as benchmarks.

The 72° field allows freedom to increase eye relief while controlling pupil aberrations, all without making the eyepiece too large. The Delos design achieves color neutrality, virtually perfect distortion mapping, and achieves full field sharpness. Using glass-matched multi-coatings and anti-reflection surfaces throughout, image fidelity is maximized in the Delos eyepiece.

Because the eye lens measures a rather large 35mm in diameter, stray light is prevented from entering your eye. This provides a nice increase in perceived contrast. Incorporated in the eyeguard is a sliding action which allows for positioning the soft rubber eyeguard at the ideal height to suit the observer's preference. The indicator marks on the eyepiece body are great reference guides for setting your perfect position. Furthermore, the eye-guard can also rotate for Dioptrx users.
